We believe in people

What we feel strongly about, what we know a lot about, is our belief in people, in the change that people can effect in an organisation or society. People have ideas. People create atmosphere. People instil confidence. People inspire. People motivate.
We believe that people can truly make a difference, that people are the foundation for change. We believe that the right man or woman (50% of our placements over the last 3 years are female candidates) in the right place at the right time can create change in a company. We believe that these changes can be effectuated by people on a permanent and on a temporary basis. We find people that bring change.
